Suka does not claim to be the designer of all the cakes and would give credit to those designers if they were known to us.
As we have used other designs as well as our own we feel it is unfair to claim copyright rights over our own designs or photographs.
It should be noted that all reproduced cake designs will differ slightly than the original this is in keeping with our policy that each cake is individual.

Although we never envisage accidents or illness's they can happen as we found to our cost recently, it is for this reason we suggest that all clients ordering Wedding Cakes, take out an insurance policy against such events which are outside our control, and for which we cannot be held legally or financially responsible.
We pride ourselves on our exemplary record but even as experienced as we are we cannot foresee all eventualities and are painfully aware of the distress such instances can cause.
