   We are a new concept here,as normally the people would go to the local patisserie to purchase a gateaux which would be offered to their guests   as part of the celebration of  marriage or other significant event.That has started to change, mainly because many of the brides here are non-residents marrying Tunisians, and although they are happy to follow the traditions and culture of their husbands to be, they also wish to include some of their own traditions and for many this means a beautiful specially designed wedding cake.

 Tunisian cakes although beautiful in their own right are simply not the same as say a traditional English wedding cake of rich fruit, enrobed in marzipan and decorated with royal icing, nor are they as tempting as a sponge, light as a feather filled with home made jam and butter cream, enrobed in fondant and decorated with hand made edible flowers coloured and arranged to compliment the bridal gown.

All of our cakes are specially designed to compliment the celebration they are being used for,  we put as much effort into a small child's first birthday cake as we would an eight tier wedding cake.

We use the finest of  organic ingredients sourced from all over the world, adding no artificial flavourings or colourings whenever possible. We pride ourselves on the fact that our cakes are freshly made and contain no preservatives whatsoever,which means, you, the client are guaranteed a cake that not only looks good but tastes good too!
