| Terms and conditions of Suka.
1. There is a non-refundable 50% deposit required at time of booking to hold the date and delivery or pick up time required.
2. All bookings must be made at least 6 weeks (for a Wedding) or 4 weeks (for a birthday or other celebration) prior to delivery or pick up. (unless otherwise arranged).
3. The final payment must be paid at the time of delivery or pick up there will be no exceptions.
4. Cancelations can only be accepted within 7days of the order being made at a cost of 50% of the deposit. After this time and up to 2 weeks prior to delivery cancelation loses all the deposit.NO CANCELATIONS can be accepted if delivery takes place in 2 weeks or less. The cake must be picked up or delivered as arranged and PAID for in full.
5.All cakes are bespoke and made to order, once you have placed your order you have accepted our terms and conditions and have entered into a binding agreement.This holds you responsible for all monies due to be paid as agreed.
6.All cakes are unique and will not be exact replicas of photographs or designs submitted by the client due to copyrite laws.
